Quick action saves 12 Children Rescued From Chilly Waters After Boats Capsize in Santa Cruz (video)

Some quick-thinking surfers are being credited with rescuing 20 people, including 12 children, after wild waves capsized their boats just outside the Santa Cruz Harbor.  Santa Cruz Fire Department says approximately 4 to 5 small sailboats had overturned outside the harbor leaving 20 passengers in the water, including the 12 children. The children were participating in a sailing class near the mouth of Santa Cruz harbor late Sunday afternoon . (video)
