Dr. Ina Creekbaum has been a mental health professional since 2006 and strives to help people realize that “the grass is always greenest where you water it’-Unknown. She works with individuals and couples. Her areas of special focus include grief, parent/adult child conflict, depression; anxiety, bi-polar, marital, self-esteem, academic, occupational, empty nest, personal coaching, and stress management.
She has been a college psychology professor having taught: Introduction to Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Theories of Personalities, Developmental Psychology, Group Dynamics and Contemporary World Cultures.
Dr. Creekbaum uses an array of therapeutic modalities in her practice including but not limited to: Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Humanistic and Existential therapies as well as Psycho-Education.
She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Baptist University and a Doctorate of Education in Psychology from Argosy University.
She enjoys public speaking and her previous speaking engagements include: Keynote Speaker at the 29th Annual Martin Luther King Day Celebration, Guest Speaker for the 2015 Vines Foundation Health Academy, Professional Speaker at the 2015 UCR Black Health Expo, and Motivational Speaker for the 47th Annual San Bernardino Black History Super Expo.
In addition, She has a vision for a better future that can begin today. She is passionate about her beliefs and is skilled in sharing them with others. She is always willing to encourage others, empower those in need and lift up those that are down.
