Police shot a man at the entrance to LAPD’s Olympic Station off Vermont Ave. From the video you could see what looks like a gun, some clothing and shoes sitting just outside the entrance surrounded by police. Vermont is completely shut down in both directions at 11th Street.
According to media reports, a confrontation between the a man and police officers took place before officers shot the man and took him into custody.
