
William “Roddie” Bryan , the Georgia man who filmed cellphone video of Ahmaud Arbery’s fatal shooting was arrested Thursday and charged with murder in his death. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation said 50-year-old William “Roddie” Bryan was arrested on charges of felony murder and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment.
Arbery was murdered Feb. 23 after Gregory McMichael and his son, Travis McMichael, pursued him after spotting the 25-year-old black man running in their neighborhood. More than two months passed before authorities arrested the pair on charges of felony murder and aggravated assault.
It took social media outrage to spark interest in this case. Now all participants have been arrested, let’s see how this plays out.
