A woman had claimed she was raped on the rapper’s tour bus where Nelly is on a tour in Ridgefield, Washington. She allegedly identified the “It’s Getting Hot in Herre” rapper. Nelly was booked on second degree rape charges and then released WITHOUT BEING CHARGED! His lawyer and the rapper via twitter indicated the false allegation was motivated by greed and vindictiveness.
To be absolutely clear. I have not been charged with a crime therefore no bail was required. I was released , pending further investigation.
